Training with your nervous system, not against it

Readiness scores are only useful if they change what you do next. A practical framework.

Training with your nervous system, not against it

A readiness score that never changes the session is decoration. The useful version is boring: if overnight recovery is down, we cut volume or swap intensity for technique. If it is high, we take the planned top sets.

We look at sleep, last week's load, and how the floor felt yesterday — not a single HRV number in isolation. The AI Coach will move intervals, keep the squat, or send you to the sauna. You can override it. Most members stop overriding after two weeks.

The framework is simple. Protect the work you can recover from. Do not heroically complete a program that your nervous system has already vetoed. Consistency beats the session you brag about.
