The architecture of calm

Most gyms are loud on purpose. We designed for the opposite: enough energy to lift, not enough noise to spike cortisol before you have touched a bar. Acoustic baffles, rubber under platforms, and lighting that never hits you in the face.

Materials do the rest. Cedar in the sauna, stone in the plunge room, matte metal on the floor. Nothing screams. Everything is meant to disappear once you are in the work.

Calm is not softness. It is the condition that lets you train hard without the club competing with you. That was the brief, and it is why the rooms feel slower than they look in photographs.
